Reepicheep

Reepicheep, originally uploaded by Sister Sassy 919.

Well...we have mice at our work. This one decided to die in my office and was removed just before I got there. I was running late that day or I could have given him a proper memorial.

I'm not afraid of rodents and in fact the best pet I ever had was a girl rat named Mortimer who I rescued from an abandoned house (it was a tame caged rat). She was great and I loved her and wept bitterly when she died.

Wow, I did not know that mice could handle swords. Was is suicide or is there a killer mouse on the loose?

I think he probably succumbed to some old battle wounds, not sure. Reepicheep is actually the name of the warrior mouse from the C.S. Lewis Book Prince Caspian.

Reepicheep is too tough to die an ordinary death in an office. It was an impostor.

Our office had 1. Then 3. Then we called an exterminator and he trapped about 50 after it was all said and done. I'm not saying that YOUR office has that problem - but ours did and it was disgusting.

Hopping on thru (and you're probably happy to see me go eh?) ;-)

I found a mouse in my garbage can at work. I'm usually not freakish about rodents, but the trash can sat at my feet under my desk, and when I went to go throw something away and saw the papers inside move around and heard scratching noises...yeah...I couldn't help it. I had no idea what was inside of it until we brought it back inside and found the creature had already escaped and saw his droppings left behind. GROSS! :0)

Hopefully you don't have a little infestation going on. That wouldn't be fun. But I will share in your loss for today. :0)

oh, we did have an infestation, at least we thought we were rid of it.

Seester, maybe you are right. Maybe he was one of those non-talking mice.

Jeff-always a pleasure to have anyone stopping by.

Ash-the droppings ARE totally disgusting!! I didn't see any but I have before...ack!

Poor Reepicheep.

For a second I got my literary mice confused and was thinking of Despeareaux. Another brave mouse.

Good luck with the infestation!

It's still god's little creature and I think they are cute and I am not remotely Gay, so there.

I just wrote a post about a mouse experience, too! I, though, do NOT like them one little bit!
Spiders on the other hand I can live with just fine.
